Executive management team
Joe Vorih has been President of HBK since January 2019 after joining Spectris in 2016 as the President of Omega. Joe has over 25 years of operational experience in automotive and automation businesses. Previously, he was President of Clarcor Engine Mobile Solutions and served as CCO and VP, International of Stanadyne, a holding of private equity firm Kohlberg and Company, for more than eight years.
The first sixteen years of his career were with Danaher Corporation in a range of operations, engineering, lean and general management roles. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Steen Pinnerup joined HBK as CFO and Senior Vice President for Business Support in January 2020.
Steen brings extensive international exposure and leadership experience within finance & accounting, performance management and transformation from various senior financial positions within the transportation & logistics industry (A.P. Møller-Maersk) and the professional services industry (Sweco). Prior to joining HBK, Steen was CFO of the privately-owned conglomerate, Fritz Schur Technical Group.
Steen holds a master’s in economics and business from the Aarhus School of Business.
Thomas has been Senior Vice President of Product Management, Marketing and Strategy at HBK since January 2019. Prior to this, he enjoyed a successful career at HBM, starting as Head of Customer Projects Delivery & Systems in 1999. From 2003 on, he grew the global service business of HBM as Director of Support and Services. Thomas became Vice President of Sales for EMEA & SAM in 2011, where he was responsible for operational business in major regions, as well as establishing global key sales methodologies and efficiency projects.
Before HBM, Thomas worked in various roles at Procter & Gamble Paper Products Manufacturing. He holds a master’s degree (Dipl-Ing.) in Electrical Engineering, Measurement and Control from the Technical University of Braunschweig.
Jens has been CTO and SVP Electronics & Software since July 2019, after joining Spectris in 2017 as the CTO of the Spectris Digital initiative and, most recently, as the interim President of BK Vibro. Jens has more than 25 years of experience leading digital businesses across diverse industries in German and international companies. Previously he was CTO and EVP R&D of Kontron AG.
For 17 years, Jens worked for several American companies, such as WindRiver, where he oversaw the portfolio and business management at Intel’s subsidiary Wind River Inc. as the General Manager / VP WW Strategic Marketing. He drove investment planning, innovations and strategy development as well as portfolio investments in collaboration with Intel Capital across Aerospace & Defense, Industrial, and Communications.
Ben Bryson joined HBK as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in January 2020 where he has assumed responsibility for Operations, Plants and Supply Chain as well as associated Sensors engineering functions.
Ben brings over twenty years of global leadership experience in industrial manufacturing organizations. He joins HBK from Eaton where he most recently acted as President for the Eaton Hydraulics EMEA business. Prior to joining Eaton, Ben spent 10 years working for Honeywell Aerospace in legal and operations. Ben comes with excellent results in deployment of lean Business Operating Systems focused on Safety, Quality and Continuous Improvement.
Ben has an educational background as bachelor n Business and Law from Southampton Solent University.
Thomas Rosenkilde Anderson
Thomas Anderson joined HBK as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) in December 2019.
Thomas has more than 20 years’ international experience from various Sales, Service, Portfolio and strategic leadership roles in Nokia Networks where he also was involved in several significant transformations and post-merger integration activities.
Before joining HBK Thomas served 3½ years as Group VP for Service & Solutions in Grundfos where he led a major transformation in getting Service to become a customer differentiator and a profitable growth engine for the company.
Thomas Rosenkilde is Danish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Danish Technical University and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
