Schwingungsanalyse

Rotating machinery analysis, structural dynamics and human perception

nCode VibeSys is a data processing system that contains a powerful set of pre-defined tools for performing vibration analysis. In addition to general signal processing, VibeSys contains dedicated analyses for early fault detection in rotating machinery, efficiently analyzing and fine-tuning designs for better sound quality, and characterizing the dynamics of a structure.

Save time and cost with scalable interactive processing of data in an graphical workspace.

Accelerate decision making and enhance modelling

Characterizing the dynamics of components with ease

Modal Analysis is a specialized product option for VibeSys for characterizing the dynamics of a machine or structure in terms of its dynamic properties. It enables engineers to determine modal frequencies, modal damping ratios, and mode shapes at a specific frequency. FE results may be validated by comparing modal frequencies to mode shapes with experiemental tests to achieve a high quality results prior to physical testing.

Accelerate tests without exceeding realistic levels

Vibration Profile Design provides the ability to create accelerated shaker tests based on equivalence of fatigue damage or shock. It provides a documented, repeatable process for developing vibration profiles from time histories, PSDs or a mix of both before physical parts are made, saving both time and money in environmental qualification and product validation.

The rotating machinery analysis options [in VibeSys] cover all our needs such that we could get rid of macros: for us it is now easier and faster to obtain more consistent and meaningful results.
Learn how VibeSys helps engineers reduce NVH and improve overall vehicle quality by transforming test data into design decisions early on in the development process.
Learn how MAC analysis is used to validate finite element models and how to correctly capture all mode shapes of interest using virtual sensors.
