PRESIDENT

Ben Bryson

Ben Bryson joined HBK as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in January 2020 where he has assumed responsibility for Operations, Plants and Supply Chain as well as associated sensors engineering functions. Ben was appointed CEO on 1 January 2022.

Ben brings over twenty years of global leadership experience in industrial manufacturing organizations.  He joined HBK from Eaton, where he most recently acted as President for the Eaton Hydraulics EMEA business. Prior to joining Eaton, Ben spent 10 years working for Honeywell Aerospace in legal and operations. 

He comes with excellent results in deployment of lean Business Operating Systems focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement and has an educational background as bachelor in Business and Law from Southampton Solent University.

Executive Vice President, Virtual Test

Tony Spagnuolo

Tony was appointed Executive Vice President (EVP) for Virtual Test in January 2023, having been with HBK since 2019 as Vice President of Business Development for VI-grade. Prior to joining HBK he held senior sales and business development leadership roles in a number of high-tech software and engineering firms, empowering customers to achieve innovative breakthroughs by eliminating complexity.

He has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan – Stephen M Ross School of Business. Tony is based in San Francisco.

Executive Vice President, Physical Test

Tanneke Reinders

Tanneke was appointed as Executive Vice President (EVP) for Physical Test in January 2023, having previously been Vice President for Corporate and Business Development at Malvern Panalytical, HBK’s sister company. She has over 20 years international experience in B2C and B2B markets in various industries, including automotive.

Tanneke has an MBA from Nijenrode University in The Netherlands and is based close to Amsterdam.

Executive Vice President, In-Process

Kimberly Miller

Kimberly joined HBK as Interim Head of Product Management in June 2021 and was appointed as Executive Vice President (EVP) for In-Process in January 2023. She comes with more than 30 years of operational and commercial experience with global organizations such as AAR, AirLiance Materials and Rexnord. Before joining HBK Kimberly worked as an independent advisor.

Kimberly is an American citizen and holds a Bachelor in Marketing Management from Barat College of DePaul University and a MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Chief Financial Officer

Steen Pinnerup

Steen joined HBK as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President for Business Support in January 2020.

He brings extensive international exposure and leadership experience within finance and accounting, performance management and transformation from various senior financial positions within the transportation and logistics industry (A.P. Møller-Maersk) and the professional services industry (Sweco).

Prior to joining HBK, Steen was CFO of the privately-owned conglomerate, Fritz Schur Technical Group. Steen holds a Master’s in economics and business from the Aarhus School of Business.

Chief People Officer

Ruth Bastian

Ruth joined HBK as Chief People Officer (CPO) in February 2021. She comes with more than 20 years of HR experience from global companies. 

Recently, she was 9 years with Centrica, an international energy and services company in various HR roles, latest as HR Director for Centrica’s Business division. Previous experience has been with Vodafone, Tech Data and Cable & Wireless.

Ruth holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology and Public Policy from De Montfort University and a Masters in Executive coaching from Hult International Business School.

Chief Digital Officer

Adam Forde

Adam is Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at HBK having joined from Spectris where he has been the Group CIO since 2018.  He started his career in technology nearly 25 years ago and has held senior IT leadership roles for the last 12 years. During his career, he has worked for Credit Suisse, GE and Coca-Cola amongst others.

Adam holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from University College London and an MSc in Computer Science from Birkbeck College London.

Chief Strategy Officer

Thomas Lippok

Thomas is Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at HBK since 2021. Prior to this, he enjoyed a successful career at HBK, starting as Head of Customer Projects Delivery & Systems in 1999. Thomas became Vice President of Sales for EMEA and SAM in 2011, where he was responsible for operational business in major regions, as well as establishing global key sales methodologies and efficiency projects. From 2003 until 2011, he grew the global service business of HBK as Director of Support and Services. From January 2019 Thomas was Senior Vice President of Product Management, Marketing and Strategy.

Before HBK, Thomas worked in various roles at Procter & Gamble Paper Products Manufacturing. He holds a Master’s degree (Dipl-Ing.) in Electrical Engineering, Measurement and Control from the Technical University of Braunschweig.

Simon Bosket

Simon started with HBK as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in May 2022 where he assumed responsibility for Operations, Plants and Supply Chain.

He brings over twenty years of global supply chain experience with large multinational organizations.  Simon joined HBK from Mettler Toledo, where he most recently performed in a customer facing/ project engineering role. Prior to joining Mettler Toledo, he spent 23 years working for Honeywell Aerospace as Snr. Director Integrated Supply Chain across their R&O business. Simon holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield University School of Management.

General Counsel and Head of Compliance

Nina Rosen

Nina joined HBK in 2021 in the role of General Counsel and Head of Compliance and was promoted to the HBK’s Executive Management Team (EMT) in January 2023. Prior to joining HBK, she served as Head of Legal at EDAG for 6 years.

Nina qualified as a lawyer and studied at universities in Saarbrücken and Lausanne and completed her bar exam in Stuttgart. She further holds an LL.M. as well as an MBA. She is based near Frankfurt
