¿Que es WeTRA?

WeTRA es un servicio de asistencia técnica aprovechando la potencia del servicio Webex donde el cliente no tiene acceso a Internet propio.

¿Como funciona?

Se acuerda con el cliente una tarifa en función del servicio requerido o por el espacio de tiempo de asistencia deseado. Se manda por mensajero un MODEM USB que se prestará al cliente solamente para servicios WeTRA. En cuanto el cliente lo reciba iniciará sesión webex, siguiendo, entonces, los procedimientos webex estandares.

¿Que es Webex?

Webex es un servicio de asistencia técnica de forma remota.
Permite al personal técnico de HBM asistir de forma telemática al cliente por medio de Internet.

¿Como funciona?

Se acuerda con el cliente una tarifa en función del servicio requerido o por el espacio de tiempo de asistencia deseado. Se le proporciona al cliente un número de sesión y este por medio de Internet se conecta a una Web que proporcionará HBM y ingresa dicho número con lo que empezara la asistencia. El personal de HBM controlará el escritorio del PC del cliente y realizará el servicio. El cliente verá en todo momento lo que ocurre en su PC sin perder en ningún momento control sobre su ordenador.
