ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Dytran Instruments, Inc., a California corporation (herein “Dytran” or “Seller”) Terms and Conditions of sale shall apply to all contracts and agreements for the sale of goods and services delivered or provided by Dytran. Any of the terms and conditions of Buyer’s order which are inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth herein are hereby objected to and rejected and shall not be considered applicable to the sales of the products mentioned herein.
